What is the Screening Test?

Colon Check uses a fecal immunochemical test (FIT) that can detect blood hidden in your stool (poop), a sign of non-cancerous polyps and early stage cancer.  But there is no need to be squeamish.  The test is simple and clean.

You collect small samples of your stool from two separate bowl movements using a plastic stick. The plastic stick is then inserted into a sealable collection bottle. No special preparation is needed for the screening test.  You can continue to eat your usual foods and take your medications.

Colon Check will inform you of your result.
